The FSI D60 Track is a high-performance tracked stump grinder powered by a Hatz 3H50TICD 60 HP water-cooled diesel engine. The tracked variant of the D60 platform delivers the highest cutting capability in the range, with up to 52 cm cutting depth below ground level and a class-leading 220 cm sweep width for removing large stumps efficiently.
At 1,450 kg, the tracked D60 provides outstanding stability during heavy grinding operations. The counter-rotating tracks with hydraulic extension offer a large contact surface that minimises ground damage when crossing lawns, gardens, and other sensitive surfaces. Track width extends from 800 mm for narrow access to 1,150 mm for stable operation.
The cutting head features 16 FSI 25 teeth on a 581 mm diameter cutter wheel, delivering a maximum cutting depth of 7.2 cm per sweep. Power is transmitted through a bevel gearbox and V-belt drive system for optimal capacity. The hydraulically controlled mechanical clutch provides fast braking of the cutter wheel upon disengaging.
Full remote control operation comes as standard via a Scanreco unit with extra battery, charger, and connection cable. This allows the operator to maintain a safe distance while having complete control over all machine functions. The FSI power-sweep intelligent sweep control with autopilot optimises performance automatically.
The sealed bearing housing for the cutter wheel is pre-greased from factory for over 1,000 hours of operation, eliminating daily maintenance. Standard features include a heavy-duty chip guard, LED work lights, lockable access to fuel and hydraulic filling points, integrated lashing and lifting points, and a rear-mounted dozer blade option. The 40-litre diesel tank ensures extended operating capability.
