The FSI D30 Track is a professional tracked stump grinder powered by a reliable 25 HP Kubota water-cooled diesel engine. The tracked configuration provides superior terrain capability and exceptional stability during stump grinding, making it ideal for operators working on slopes, soft ground, and challenging landscapes.
The expanding and retracting rubber tracks allow the machine to pass through narrow spaces at 800 mm width, then extend to 1,150 mm for maximum stability during operation. The track system’s large contact surface minimises ground damage when crossing lawns, gardens, and other sensitive surfaces.
With a 135 cm sweep width and 38 cm cutting depth below ground level, the D30 Track removes stumps efficiently without frequent repositioning. The cutting head features 16 FSI 25 teeth on a 470 mm diameter cutter wheel, with a maximum cutting depth of 5.2 cm per sweep. Hydraulic cylinders control the vertical and lateral movement of the cutting head.
The FSI power-clutch is a heavy-duty hydraulic clutch with integrated brake, ensuring fast braking of the cutter disc upon disengaging for operator safety. The 90-degree swivelling control panel provides excellent visibility of the cutting area, and an ergonomic safety bar functions as both a hand support and emergency stop.
At 970 kg, the D30 Track’s higher weight compared to the wheeled variant delivers enhanced stability during grinding. Standard features include LED work lights, easily accessible lashing and lifting points, an integrated toolbox, and a complete tool set. An optional dozer blade and FSI power-sweep intelligent sweep controller are available. The 35-litre diesel tank supports extended working sessions.
