Energreen RoboPlus
The Energreen RoboPlus is the worlds first 100 HP remote-controlled tool carrier with Stage V technology and AdBlue. Powered by a Deutz 4-cylinder diesel engine and equipped with counter-rotating tracks, it tackles slopes up to 61 degrees in any direction. The Worlds First 100 HP Remote Controlled Machine
The Energreen RoboPlus is a remote-controlled tool carrier machine able to work in the narrowest areas, on slopes up to 61 degrees, or where access is very difficult. It is the first radio-controlled machine in the world equipped with a 100 HP Stage V engine and an integrated AdBlue tank built into the machine structure.
Powerful Deutz 100 HP Stage V Engine
RoboPlus is equipped with a 100 HP (75 kW) Deutz 4-cylinder inline liquid-cooled engine with external exhaust gas recirculation and EU Stage V emissions compliance. The high-pressure Common Rail injection system and electronic engine control (EMR) deliver optimum performance with low fuel consumption. Engine information is displayed on the machines control screen.

Working on Steep Slopes up to 61 Degrees
The special track design and hydraulic tensioning system make RoboPlus a safe machine for working on slopes up to 61 degrees in any direction. The lowered centre of gravity, combined with either super rubber tracks or steel tracks, assures excellent stability and grip on hilly terrain, embankments, mountain areas and the most demanding surfaces with low adherence.
Efficiency Control System
RoboPlus is equipped with a dedicated Energreen electronic control system that optimises the use of the machine for maximum performance with reduced fuel consumption. The system monitors engine load and manages the machines advancement to deliver top efficiency.
PAI – Power Air Intake
An innovative heat engine air intake system is located on the rear of the machine, drawing air from the coolest and least turbulent zone for improved engine performance and optimised operation.
Flexxaire Self-Cleaning Reversible Fan
Standard Flexxaire self-cleaning reversible fan improves productivity and fuel efficiency by automatically clearing debris from the radiator.
Attachments
RoboPlus is designed for multifunction work including road and river maintenance, green maintenance and forestry work, agriculture, industrial service and winter road service. Available attachments include a Forestry Head with 1,510 mm cutting width and 80 mm maximum cutting diameter, and a Rear Hydraulic Winch with 1,000 kg pulling force for self-recovery and heavy towing applications.
