The Sherpa 100 Petrol is the most powerful petrol-powered mini loader in the Sherpa 100 range. Equipped with a Honda GX630 twin-cylinder engine producing 20.8hp, it delivers the muscle needed for demanding construction, demolition, and landscaping tasks while retaining the compact dimensions and versatility that define the Sherpa 100 series.

The hydrostatic drive system powers all four wheels through chain transmission, with skid steering providing tight manoeuvrability on site. A maximum proportional travel speed of 7 km/h makes the 100 Petrol noticeably quicker than the smaller models in the range, improving productivity when covering distances between working areas. The turning radius of 1,690mm, or 2,265mm with the bucket fitted, ensures the machine remains agile in restricted spaces.

The hydraulic system delivers 29 litres per minute at 190 bar, providing substantial power for demanding attachments and heavy material handling. A breakout force of 630 kg and tractive force of 330 kg enable the machine to tackle loading, excavating, and shifting materials with authority. The hinge point coupling plate reaches a maximum height of 2,105mm, and the maximum height with bucket up is 2,600mm, giving generous clearance for loading into skips, trucks, and containers. The 48-litre hydraulic tank supports extended working sessions without interruption.

Weighing 642 kg with standard 20×11.00-8 trac profile tyres, the Sherpa 100 Petrol measures 1,519mm in length, 1,140mm in width, and 1,275mm in height without the bucket. While wider than the narrow-body models, this chassis accommodates the larger Honda twin-cylinder engine and provides greater stability under load. Narrow 4.00-10 tyres are available as an option for applications requiring a reduced working width. Ground clearance of 176mm and a wheelbase of 657mm ensure stable operation across uneven terrain.

The air-cooled Honda GX630 is a proven, low-maintenance engine with a 16-litre fuel tank that provides extended running time for all-day working. The 12V electrical system with 45 Ah battery ensures dependable starting in all conditions.

Tipping loads with pallet forks at low position are 234 kg (straight) and at high position 150 kg (straight), with a 30% safety factor recommended. The machine is compatible with the full range of Sherpa 100 attachments including buckets, pallet forks with clamp, and hydraulic log grabs, making it a versatile and powerful tool across a wide range of applications.
