The Sherpa 100 2Speed is a fully electric mini loader that builds on the proven Sherpa 100 platform with the addition of a dual-speed transmission. The two-speed system provides a slow gear with greater power for manoeuvring and working, and a second gear for covering longer distances at higher speed. Thanks to an ingenious design incorporating two hydraulic pumps with a switch that can be operated while driving, the transition between speeds is seamless.

Powered by a PMAC motor producing 4.2hp with a 24V electrical system and 8.6 kWh battery capacity, the 100 2Speed delivers dependable performance throughout the working day with zero exhaust emissions and minimal noise. This makes it particularly well suited to indoor demolition work, stable environments, and any application where exhaust fumes or noise would be problematic.

The hydrostatic drive system powers all four wheels through chain transmission, with skid steering providing the tight turning ability that makes mini loaders so effective in confined spaces. The machine achieves a turning radius of just 1,606mm, or 2,250mm with the bucket fitted. Maximum travel speed is 3 km/h in turtle mode and 4 km/h in hare mode, both proportionally controlled for precise operation.

The hydraulic system delivers 11 litres per minute at 180 bar in turtle mode and 16 litres per minute at 180 bar in hare mode, with a 38-litre hydraulic tank. A breakout force of 650 kg and tractive force of 390 kg provide the muscle needed for loading, excavating, and material handling tasks. The hinge point coupling plate reaches a maximum height of 2,050mm, giving adequate clearance for loading into skips, trucks, and containers.

Weighing 820 kg with standard 4.00-8 tyres, the Sherpa 100 2Speed measures 1,520mm in length, 760mm in width, and 1,220mm in height without the bucket. This compact footprint allows the machine to pass through standard doorways and work in spaces that would otherwise require manual labour. Ground clearance of 121mm and a wheelbase of 657mm contribute to stability across uneven surfaces.

Tipping loads with pallet forks at low position are 283 kg (straight) and at high position 174 kg (straight), with a 30% safety factor recommended. The machine is compatible with the full range of Sherpa 100 attachments, making it a versatile tool for construction, demolition, landscaping, and agricultural applications where emission-free operation is required.
