The MultiOne 1 Series is a compact and ultra-manoeuvrable mini loader designed for professionals who need mechanised material handling in the tightest of spaces. The zero-turn steering system delivers exceptional agility, allowing the machine to pivot on the spot with a zero inside turning radius and just 993mm outside radius.
Powered by a Yanmar L100 single-cylinder diesel engine producing 12hp, the 1 Series meets Stage V and Tier 4 Final emissions standards. The 3WD hydrostatic transmission with pedal control provides smooth driving on all terrain types, while the DBS (Dynamic Block System) traction control applies full traction when needed or can be switched off to prevent ground damage when turning.
Despite its compact size and sub-400kg gross weight, the 1 Series delivers practical lifting performance with a maximum lifting height of 1.8 metres, tipping load of 320kg, and lifting capacity of 250kg. The breakout force of 250kg at 50cm and pushing force of 500kgf enable effective loading and material handling. The boom features self-levelling for stable load management.
The hydraulic system provides 19 litres per minute of auxiliary flow through 3-line quick couplings, supporting a range of MultiOne attachments. A maximum drive speed of 8 km/h ensures productive movement around site.
The ergonomic operator position features an adjustable seat and 4-function joystick for intuitive control. A mechanical parking brake provides secure stationary holding. The compact dimensions and lightweight design make the 1 Series easy to transport on small trailers behind standard vehicles.
